Plastic is widely used by some different manufacturers because it can be easily molded. There are some common plastic molding methods. Here are three commonly used plastic molding methods.

This plastic molding method begins by melting the liquid plastic in the machine chamber and then sending the liquefied plastic to a mold to create the desired shape. Blow molding specializes in creating sacred products such as bottles, motorcycle fuel tanks, hoses, bumpers, and other hollow products. Also, the final product is perfect. The main process of this method is that the air is blown and blocked to create a gap. When the liquefied plastic is poured into the mold, the plastic will harden so you can create the shape you want. Then you can pull the mold out through a mold cavity.
Injection molding
This type of method uses thermoplastics. Among the other methods, the manufacturer uses it more frequently. Methods include hot liquid thermoplastic firing at high speed into a ceramic mold. Then the mold is held firmly while the plastic will follow the shape of the stereo mold. The plastic will be cooled by the small vents on each side. When it is cold it will be removed and then painted. However, this method leaves a small seam so that the final product is finished for a better result. Products that are created through this method include toys, MP3 player cases, car dashboard casing and some others.
Thermoformed
This method focuses on creating larger items that are primarily used for home and industrial furniture use. This method is quite simple. You just need to heat the plastic until it is malleable so that it can be manipulated to create the desired shape. Then the little machine will add any details to the elements, such as body polishing, decoration, and also trace print. Common products of this method include airplane windshields, truck beds, industrial pallets, and some other larger items.
